In order to provide you with a good user experience for our Services we collect, if necessary, ourselves or with the help of third parties personal data about you, your device or your use of the Services.

We have taken technical and organizational security measures to protect the information provided via the Services from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Only employees of Fæbrik AS and our partners Fraxx interactive AS, Pullman Management AS and byTimo AS have access to our customers personal data. Even if we can not guarantee that the loss, changes to, unauthorised access or wrong use of information will never occur, we are dedicated to the prevention of such eventualities. We store your personal data as long as your account is active or for as long as is necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We are continuously evaluating what data is necessary to retain so that we are in compliance with our legal obligations and the expectations of relevant regulatory bodies. We delete your data in a secure manner but may store some information in an aggregated format - however not in a manner that could identify you personally. 
What rights to you have over your data
If you have made a transaction or set up an account on our Website, you may at any time request to receive a file of those personal information we hold about you, including any data you have submitted to us. You have the option to correct any personal information directly by accessing your account settings on our Website. If you are of the opinion that your personal information is incorrect, you can ask us to correct these for you. You can also request that we delete your personal information, however this will not include information we are required to keep for administrative, legal or safety purposes.
